We’ll streamline your AFSL Compliance

Fixed fee pricing

We’ll work on your AFSL applications all within the restraints of our fixed fee pricing, given to you at the beginning of the process. These fees will depend on required authorisations for your business, as well as factoring in any addition ASIC fees and charges.

Our AFSL application fees start from $10,000 (ex GST).

Full application guidance

We’re with you from start to finish, providing total guidance to ensure you have the best chance of obtaining your licence. We can assist with initial structuring for best practice, as well as preparing the application following proofs of all documentation.

Customised policies and procedures, alongside privacy and AML compliance plans will all be supplied in accordance with ASIC’s requirements.

Ongoing compliance support

At Kit Legal, our expert financial service lawyers specialise in providing ongoing compliance support for AFSL holders. We offer our ongoing services on a subscription basis to assist with your business cashflow.

Monthly compliance subscriptions start at $850 per month (ex. GST).

Tailored compliance packages
