Kit Legal’s AFSL application package covers all aspects of obtaining a Licence, from initial advice on optimal structuring of the AFSL holding entity, who to put forward as responsible managers and the AFSL authorisations required, to the preparation of critical documents, lodgement of the application and dealing with ASIC. The package is priced upfront as a fixed fee payable in instalments at key milestones during the application.
